Arriving by air from around Australia or overseas?

24-hour Roadside Assistance

If you do have a problem, you simply call the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) (AA equivalent). We provide you with their telephone number. Damage Reduction Waivers

Liability Reduction Waiver (Optional) is available to ZERO liability.

In the event that the rented vehicle incurs any damage/loss, the renter is responsible for payment of the liability amount of which is shown on the face of the rental agreement. Apart from obvious accidents, this also includes and is not limited to items such as missing wheel covers, vandalism, hail damage, any interior damage including and not limited to cigarette burns.

Our cars may only be driven on gazetted roads.

Loss/damage cover is subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement being met.
